Styrax tonkinensis
Styrax tonkinensis are tall trees with glossy green leaves and white flowers that grow in vast forests. Benzoin resin is harvested from incisions in the bark. The resin is steam distilled to make an essential oil that is sweet and balsamic with vanilla notes.
