DILL SEED PURE ESSENTIAL OIL      

Anethum graveolens

Dill is a bright green aromatic herb with delicate leaves and umbels of white or bright yellow flowers.  The essential oil is steam distilled from the seeds and is green, fresh, grassy, tangy and herbal with the gentle warmth of anise.  Dill essential oil is very calming to the mind when diffused into the air. The fresh, herbal aroma calms the autonomic nervous system and is excellent diffused with Roman Chamomile to calm ADHD in children.  It was used as a herb in times past for oestrogen deficiency and as a natural digestive to calm excessive flatulence. Dill stimulates the secretion of bile, digestive juices, and peristaltic motion of the intestines. It is excellent for cramping muscles and when massaged, instantly calms the pain.
