Eucalyptus dives piperitone

Eucalyptus dives, also known as the broad-leaf Peppermint, grows in the Eastern Transvaal region of Southern Africa and other parts of the world. It thrives in huge plantations. The leaves have a fresh mint aroma, the result of a chemical substance named piperitone.  The wood and leaves are steam distilled to make the essential oil. Eucalyptus dives essential oil exudes energy with its fresh, bright, mint, camphorous and slightly sweet aroma. It has similar actions to the Eucalyptus oils for bronchial ailments and unclogs respiratory infections with its mucolytic and anti-microbial substances.
