EUCALYPTUS SMITHII PURE ESSENTIAL OIL

Eucalyptus smithii

Eucalyptus smithii is a tall tree species grown widely for its aromatic essential oil. It grows naturally on lower slopes, ravines and wetlands. The extremely aromatic juvenile leaves are a glaucous green and change colour when they mature to a yellowish-green colour.  Eucalyptus essential oil is harvested from the fresh leaves and then steam distilled to produce an oil that is fresh, clean and camphorous with slight woody notes. Eucalyptus smithii is softer in aroma than many of the pungent Eucalyptus oils and is excellent for asthma, bronchitis, coughs, colds. It significantly calms chest tightness. The excellent anti-infectious substances make it a strong anti-septic disinfectant.
