JUNIPER SEED PURE ESSENTIAL OIL 

Juniperus communis

Juniper is a shrubby tree with aromatic wood and has the most expansive spread of any fir tree. The seed cones are known as juniper berries. Birds love eating them. It grows naturally on cliffs and in meadows, fields and rocky slopes, sometimes ascending up into the mountains. A woody, sweet fresh and crisp essential oil is steam distilled from the seed cones.  Juniper calms fatigue and nerves with its fresh, uplifting aroma. It has therapeutic actions for energising the brain that help improve memory and a clearer mind. The healing anti-inflammatory substances in this oil are excellent for skin ailments such as psoriasis and eczema.
