BLACK SEED OIL 

Nigella sativa

The black crescent shaped seeds are harvested from Nigella sativa, a shrubby plant with white flowers and green fern foliage. The seeds are steam distilled to make an excellent therapeutic oil with strong antioxidants, fatty acids and two significant substances, thymoquinone and caryophyllene that are excellent for the liver and inflammation. Thymoquinone has immune-modulatory actions to calm autoimmune diseases.
