FORAHA TAMANU OIL 

Calophyllum inophyllum

The Calophyllum is a large evergreen tree with a spreading canopy of elliptical, glossy leaves and clusters of white flowers that have a sweet, lime smell.  Foraha Tamanu Oil is obtained from the fruit of the tree. The kernels are steam distilled to produce an oil that is aromatic and permeates skin with rich antioxidant moisturisation.

Foraha Tamanu Oil is excellent for mature skin and exceptional for rejuvenating skin tone, forming new skin to calm scalds, scars, and sores. Tamanu improves symptoms with anti-bacterial actions that prevent infection. The merits of this oil

Foraha Tamanu Oil is saturated with canophyllic acid, friedelin and canophylol, substances that are unique to this oil. They rejuvenate, nourish and moisturise skin.  

Tamanu Oil has polyphenols that are antioxidant and skin protective. They protect skin from UV rays with a solar protection of 18 and above.
