 PREGGY SNOOZE PURE ESSENTIAL OILS 

CEDARWOOD ATLAS – Cedrus atlantica  

This soft, woody, balsamic, earthy essential oil is very calming to the mind. Cedarwood calms nervous tension and stress. This makes it very effective for insomnia in pregnancy.

LAVENDER – Lavandula angustifolia

The bright flowering tips of Lavender produce an oil that is fresh, floral, light, powdery and sweet. It has a gentle aroma that is particularly calming to the mind. Lavender has strong actions to calm and soothe nervous tension, fatigue, and anxiety. It calms the mind of stress and calm sleep is the result. 

NEROLI – Citrus aurantium var. amara or var. bigaradia

Soft, sweet, and bright, Neroli is a calmative for insomnia, and a natural anti-depressant that calms even chronic anxiety, depression and stress. Inhalation of the vapours from the bottle has a positive action on blood pressure. 

TANGERINE – Citrus reticulata

Tangerine’s sweet, fresh citrus aroma is excellent for calming the mind of anxiety and stress. It is a brain and nerve tonic that stimulates brain activity and excellent for depression, mind fatigue and a brighter, focused mind. Tangerine is gentle for children and when used with Lavender soothes and calms them. It is excellent for insomnia in pregnancy.
