Returns and Refunds

We appreciate your shopping at Alive Oils!!!!where we are committed to excellent Quality of our Products and Customer Service.

If you’re not satisfied with your product purchases, kindly notify us at orders@aliveoils.co.za . We will do our best to resolve the problem, should this not be satisfactory we will offer you a Return Option.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Kindly supply the receipt or proof of purchase and a valid reason for your return.

Refunds

Once Alive Oils receives your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping costs on returning your item which is non-refundable.
