ARNICA OIL
Arnica montana
Arnica Montana, also known as Mountain Arnica, is a tall aromatic perennial herb with yellow daisy flowers and large, downy basal leaves. The flowers are steam distilled to make an exceptionally strong oil that should be diluted. Massaging Arnica Oil helps to calm the pain of muscle cramps, spasms, and sprains, including fibromyalgia. Arnica is excellent for pain or swelling and is similar to non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. When blended with Sweet Almond Oil it makes therapeutic anti-inflammatory salves and balms.
